The Mentor’s Way is a compilation of Rik’s model of mentoring. It is built on eight “Rules of Mentoring” that are written to help mentors build their skills to help their protégés. The book can be read by itself or as a supplement to Rik’s training. The book goes into depth on each of the eight rules with additional tools, resources, and concepts that can help the reader take her or his mentoring further.
